Getting Device mobile number from Device

Hello Sir

I am j2me developer and I have finished my developement work on CIH project for Short Messaging Service to manage on off status for Electrical Equipment but now I wish to a short change that when I have installed this Application on any Device this catch the mobile number of that device but I do'nt know that how I complete this. I know this that it can be accessed through AT Commands but j2me does not support AT commands pl help me in this regards .
