Setup is executing again when clicking on exe

I have created a setup project to a windows application.
The setup creates folder structure and basic files on target machine.

But, problem is i need to alter the folder structure by adding/removing files/folders later in the application folder. when i do so, and click on the shortcut exe (which was created at the time of first installation), it is re-installing the folder structure.

Please assist me with the issue ASAP.
