How to save simulator contacts and server contact ids in DataBase in iphone?

In iphone we are getting simulator addressbook contacts record Ids that contacts are send to server and that server sends one id.That server id and simultor contacts ids r saved in one database how it is?.And also if simulator contacts r updated how to know perticuler user record data is updated.in my coding i am getting only contacts data only.updated contacts how to know.plz help me it's very urgent plz plz plz plz plz
