I have zero knowledge regarding ASP.Net MVC Framework... and

I need to know the following things..

1.What is ASP.Net MVC Framework...

2.Can we create a our own MVC Framework ? If so, how ?(Just provide me the links if any...)

3.How can we use this Framewok...
