But they telling to create the Domain controller for already created domain..
This also helps me. but i need to know is possible to create 2 domains in the single machine?..
can we ?

You're welcome!

That's all about given in that article dharma. The name itself defines that it is for additional controller.
See in first paragraph of that post they've mentioned that, Having an ADC means that in case your primary Domain fails, it takes over the functions of the Primary Domain and keeps the network functional.
