Hello,
I have a concern about OracleERP I am doing a job in a MNC on Oracle so does anyone know about it if yes then tell me what is the career growth in Oracle ERP.

This is a biased opinion, but I don't think you should concentrate on Oracle ERP solely. Instead learn and understand the principles of ERP systems. Oracle is just one tool to achieve the goals.

With ERP systems, the point is always to get business benefits. There are many solutions to achieve this and in my opinion if you master the ideology you can use the best tool in your project.

Yes, you're right, being an expert in one tool is beneficial but for your future career I would say that having a wider expertise pays back a whole lot better.

About Oracle ERP, well, look at the market share. It's big and growing. If you like you can make a living with concentrating on this product. But again, where do you see yourself in 10-15 years :) If you're fine with a single product I see no problem choosing Oracle (again a biased opinion).

Thanks buddy for giving me such a valuable openion. There is one more thing I would like to share with you instead of this I have done Bsc.IT in Software Engineering so I do have knowledge about programming languages such as C# and Advance Java so it will be benefit for my career or not? I just need your openion

In my opinion having skills on several languages is always a benefit. This lets you concentrate mor to the actual problem than to the technology :)

Ya! it has created a little bit problem for me but now Am just concentrating on my career path. It will much more reliable for my career that I have knowledge of Prgramming languages.
