How can we know what you should make or what your skills are?

Perhaps if his tutor shows up they could tell him how to do his project? Or do we reckon the OP is just out of ideas...? ;P

No, we cannot.
I don't know if you want to do this for homework, your job, or just for fun, but in any case you will have to do it yourself.
Why? We are not paid for being here. We have our own lives, jobs, projects, whatever. We cannot guide someone throughout an entire project and neither do we want to. That is also not what this section is for.
So what CAN we do? We can help you if you have a specific problem. If your code throws an Exception and you can't find why, if your code returns unexpected results, if you're stuck with a design issue, if you're stuck with a database query, if you have any issue that is more specific than 'please help with my project'.
And even if one of these things occurs, we will probably only help if your question is well put, if you provide SOME sample code (not all of it, we probably won't spend more than a few minutes to read your question), if your problem is clear and if it doesn't require us to make your project for you.
We are willing to put some effort into helping you, so you will have to put some effort into making your problem clear, but to the point. You try to decide what amount of effort is needed from our side to help you. If this effort costs us more than approximately 15 minutes you will probably not get an answer here. So try to be reasonable when asking a question.
As for your question, I'd try a mobile application...
I hope you understand why we cannot do as you ask.
Good luck with your project and please come back when you have a real question (in my experience they are usually answered quite adequately!).
