I need some help. I want to execute a perl script on the server side. it is ti be executed from the client side and the results stored on server side and displayed on web page at the client side. The client will request a jpg file to download and then the script will measure the time it takes to download the file.

Any language will be okay as long as it does the above.

Thanks

DON'T SHOUT. Using all capitals is considered shouting on the internet, and rude (using all lower case is considered childish). Use proper capitalisation if you want to be taken seriously.

You wouldn't get the best timing results. To put it in people perspective, you measure the time it takes to send me a package. For you, however, the work is done when you deliver it to the post office and that will be the time measured. This isn't actually the same as when I receive the package.
