Grid Displaying multiple times inside the panel bar

hi,
I have created two different views,
In my first view,I have created a form named Form.cshtml.
In the second view,I have created a grid named Grid.cshtml.
I want to display these inside the panel bar,For that i used contentUrl.
If i give like,
contentUrl:"/Home/Form" it is displaying single form inside panel bar.but if i give like "/Home/Grid"
it is displaying grid multiple times inside my panel bar.

Any suggestions...
