How to get Click event of an item in outlook calender

Hello Friends,

I am creating an add in in outlook ( for both 2007 and 2010 versions).
Now the problem is when I click on any item, the ItemLoad event fires sometimes only.I have also tried the Explorer's SelectionChange event and also the customPropertyChange events but none of them are working fine.All the events are fired occasionaly and not everytime.

I want ItemLoad Event to be fired everytime I select or doubleclick an Item.
Please give me some ideas..
