Mobile Application Beginner

Dear Friends,

I want develop a Mobile Application. I have the Web application project(Same as Gmail account, Yahoo mail account). That project also should be through access mobile. So any any one please guide me.

Plat Form:

That mobile application should be supported all mobile Operating system once developed. so, that type of developing environment we are should be selected.

For Example, Android only support the following Android Mobile OS only.
