I want to load data in any data bound control or any other thing when i scroll the page down or by clicking on more button without page refresh in asp.net4.0

I just want to show my data like this site as it load or add data more when user scroll the page down when users click on more button as i am using asp.net 4.0 so i would like to use this feature to load my data as same manner as like this site by using any script or any databound control .
Its urgent please help me .
