mail sender problem 1 time track

Hi everybody
I am using phpmailer and I use mail this :

$mail->Body= <img src="http://mysite.com/track/tr.php?&mailid=11

and when one time open mail is work but for next time
that not work for same email
when for next time i open mail or forward my email not have this tag

Please help me
