Where is it Netbeans 7.1 output window?

Hi everyone!

I have just updated to Netbeans 7.1 and I am experiencing a strange issue. When I execute a program that takes very long time to finish (some days) at some point the information I force to print in the output window disappears and stays in blank until finish. The strange thing is that it has never occurred with the previous version of Netbeans...

Do anyone know what's happening and/or how could I fix it?
