Is the web server configured to use .NET 4? Is the web server configured correctly for the web site? Did you create a new virtual directory for it?

Well, other websites are working correctly, as i think it was configured on 2.0 because the website was on 2.0 before i just migrate it from 2.0

As Wes Aday has rightly asked, Is the webserver configured to use .NET 4?
If Yes, is the virtual directory set to work with .Net 4? To check this, right click virtual directory, go to properties and select ASP.Net tab and ensure framework version is set to 4.0
