android connection with sql server using jtds

I connect my android application with sql server 2005 directly using jtds.
Application run completly all device, But when i install application in
HCL ME U1 tablet ,it give sql exception:
=>Java:sql:Exception:BUFFERDIR connection property invalid.
what is solution????????
