Can anyone help me by explaining the entire'New Simple Volume' wizard step to create a new drive in computer management section?Well my OS is win 7 32bit.

Unless you provide some additional question, were you explain what you want with some code or simular, as I dont think anyone really could answer this question given the current information.

Actually the above mentioned wizard appears when we try to create a new drive from the unallocated disk space in computer management section.now can u help me?

What is it about the wizard that you are having difficulty with? Have you tried clicking on 'Help'?

How are you having so much difficulty with this? It is pretty simple, and you are guided through step by step in the dialogs.
A simple Google gave me step by step guides, so why do you need even one question on this, let alone this second one?

Google[^] - most of them even show each screen you will meet.

What problem are you having here - because I can't believe you need further help to press the "Next" button four times, and the "finish" button once, so there must be something more fundamental wrong here...

Its fine if u dnt wanna help me out.but b4 doing anything i need to know wheather its the correct path that im following.Therefore i asked u.Anyways i got the dialog box as i had mentioned b4.so,now if u cant answer me wheather i should select Yes or No then its ok.Atlast,thanks 4 d help till yet.

It's not a case of "not wanting to help you" - I saw this new question before the email of your response to the other question arrived in my inbox (Remember that most email systems check every 15 or 30 minutes, not continuously!)

And please, don't use txtspk here - you have a keyboard and people can get very annoyed if you don't use it.
