How do you mean, linked in a application (sic) ? What do you want to edit exactly ? There are tons of hex editors out there.

Thanks for the answers, but I'm not sure everyone does supports read/write a 4GB file. I'm coding an application which hex editing is a small part of it, so a dll with a hexedit function() can save me a lot of time.
