I need a resource to be able to have multiple listeners to call from their cell, home or work phone and listen to my radio internet radio show on the net. Is there a source or company that offer that service to be used at a reasonable price. Or is it something I can hire someone to create for me?

I just had a search around on the internet and it looks like this is possible;

Search for Stream Audio to PABX / PBX ; or a combination of or similar keywords and you will find a host of resources.
