Outlook 2007/2010 does not support some css propertyes

I would like to get some help for this issue.

I have created an email campaign and I have tested it in different email domains like yahoo, gmail, and outlook. But in outlook version 3 the campaigns are looking good at the same time it is not supporting in the version 7 & 10.
