i don't know why Projects from the code project not downloading, am alrady logged in to website, and if i try to download it by soeme downloader , it just download aspx page not the project

No I am not going to download this project and send it to you. Being a member for over a year and a half, you should know better and know to report problems in the appropriate forum.

As Wes Aday correctly pointed out, the way of reporting problems should be appropriate. Here:
http://www.codeproject.com/Forums/1645/Site-Bugs-Suggestions.aspx[^].

But please, before reporting, try it again, make sure you can reproduce it — it could be a temporary issue. Also, make sure you accurately describe the steps to reproduce.
