Not enough information. There are too many different systems. You need to start looking at manufacturer documentation.

Solution 1

The easiest way is to hook up a thermometer to an AD convertor some where in the room and connect the air conditioner's power to a switch relay controlled by your computer.

If you want more control, that would mean connecting to the air conditioner's control interface which would be difficult if you do not have the schematics.
