Please, be more specific. Do you want to find an empty file (workbook) or empty sheet (worksheet)?

Solution 1

Whenever we create any blank excel file, File is created with default size. say 24kb or something like that... track that figure and compare your file size against that figure. I guess this will help you to know if file is empty or not
