ASP.NET chart control not working for all users in Sharepoint 2010

Hi everybody,
I developed a Sharepoint web part using ASP.NET chart control. When I place that web Part in a Sharepoint site page, the site page opens to only a few users. But I want it to be opened for all the users. Please suggest the changes to be made. Please reply as soon as possible.
