How to use Microsoft Outlook to manage AD groups

Hey everyone, Please help!!!

A colleague of mine told me its possible to manage the Active Directly groups through Microsoft Outlook, but he doesn't know how to do it. Is this true?? If its true please help me on how to do this, I've been searching the internet for help but nothing is helpful.
