GridView with command column in each cell

HI , I am trying build a timesheet module , where I have option for filling number hours for each project and its activity. I am having command column in each cell of Gridview it has all the project in first column of each row and dates on the horizontal header.
I need to display the number of hours on eachproject in the command column text field for perticular date .
