Active Directory Diagram

A small manufacturing company has the flowing structure:

- President of the company who is also an engineer
- One senior design engineer and one junior design engineer
- Production manager and three general laborers
- One secretary who fulfill the role of sales coordinator too
- Two sales persons
- Financial accountant who fulfill the role of administrator too
Please, Could any one help me to design the active directory (AD) for this company ??
