How do i Secure my code from mail, usb by developers?

Hi,

In our office we are developing vb.net based applications, we have 10 developers, i want to protect my vb.net code. Nobody must not copy our code by any source.
I want to block USB Drive, any other system or laptop to connect my network, how can i do this?

Maybe encryption is a better option, as you may not always be in the office to protect your code. You can always disconnect your pc from the network and remove any wireless devices but that doesnt stop tamperers from plugging a usb dongle/hdd/thumb drive into the pc/laptop when no one is around.
