Getting an error for Java Web Service

Hello,
I got this error while testing the web Service.
"
Error generating artifacts for the following WSDL http://localhost:8080/DBConnection/DBConnection?WSDL

Possible causes can be invoking https when the application is not configured for security.
"
Please help out this problem.
