Any way you like. I assume you mean VB.NET. Is the app windows or web ? WPF ? winforms ? There's no way any one can answer this, you've not even tried to ask a clear question.

You show any data you like, in any format you like, and the way you print it is also always the same, there's no special code for bills or any other layout. The system does not know what it is showing or printing.
