Overriding Inline Stylesheet

I want to know how to override the inline stylesheet .The problem is that my web application is displaying properly in 18 inch monitor.But in my 15 inch laptop it was not displaying properly...I cant override the inline to display the entire page at the center.someone suggest a solution.Thanks in advance
