how to pass the parameters from installer setup for batch file to execute

hi,
i have created a batch file for restoring database in sql server management studio. i have a problem wherein i need to have a screen in installer or a .net form that will ask for database server, username and password from user and once the user clicks a button in the form after entering the details the values should be passed to the batch file and accordingly the database should be restored as mentioned by the user.

pls can anyone help me out with this problem?
any help wil be appretiated.
