I don't know exactly. However, my educated estimate is: no, you cannot.

I can explain, but the explanation may look like a paradox. Please try to follow my logic:

1) Development of all such applications requires a lot of skills and knowledge, first of all, the abilities to make logical inference.

2) You know that we are not aware of your experience, skills and knowledge.

3) You are asking the question about you ability to develop the said projects; and this is the question which requires the information listed in the previous item.

4) If, despite of the items 1-3, you are hoping to get some answer, your abilities to make logical inference is seriously compromised.

5) Items (1) and (4) are incompatible.

Please, no offense, pure logic.

If you asked about the principle possibility for someone to go in for the listed field using .NET, it is basically possible, but difficult. The estimate with better validity is only possible after strict formulation of the problems.
