Everyone who is able to read help pages would answer you pretty soon. So, your "question" is answered.

I'm guessing that English is not your first language so the comments are suggesting that perhaps you meant to write "Would someone tell me how to generate a 12 digit random number"

You should really try to find the solution yourself first - a google search using the title of your question followed by "vb.net" generates over 47,000 results - pick one and give it a try.

If you hit any problems after that, then post your code with an explanation of the problem and you might get some more meaningful help.
