In Html page you can know the code page by save it from the internet and open in notepad program
is it possible in asp page

OriginalGriff answered, but you certainly need to learn how Web and HTTP work. In brief, HTML (and not only) is merely the output of ASP.NET page. You can only get JavaScript code, always.

No.
You cannot access the code in the codebehind - even if you could it is frequently precompiled and the source is unavailable.

The only way you can access the code is to talk to the website owner as ask them nicely. They may or may not provide, and they may or may not charge you.
