I have created a vb.proj Visual Studio 2008.

Then i accidentally deleted it and emptied my recycle bin.

I recovered it using Easus data recovery.

Somehow i manage to recover the whole project but when i start opening/loading the project an error pops up and gave me a message like this "the project file could not be loaded. data at the root level is invalid. line 1 position 14"

I tried creating a new project and import each existing files from the deleted files.

But some code from my modules change from vb code to something special character that i can't understand.

Does anyone here encountered or have/had similar experience with my problem?
Please help...

This is not totally unheard of, but it has nothing to do with Visual Studio. If your files have been recovered in this way then it is quite usual for parts of them to be corrupt. It just means that you will have to go through them all manually and correct any errors.
