WCF error using TfsTeamProjectCollection Class

HI,
i have a wcf service which is using TfsTeamProjectCollection Class to get the Connection.
i am using

[XmlSerializerFormat]
[ServiceContract]

to serializer the TfsTeamProjectCollectioClass.

But it gives error
Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Client.TfsTeamProjectCollection cannot be serialized because it does not have a parameterless constructor.

Any Suggestion.
