Which platform to select

Respected Sir,

From your website we came to know that you offer consulting and technical expertise for application development.
So Can you help me in selecting the right platform for developing a web business application.

Our application will be containing more than 700 forms with more than
50 to 100 controls on each forms. This software would be run from multiple locations using Internet as a medium as well as in local intranet and accessing central server located at remote location.

so can you suggest which platform, should we use -- Silverlight, ASP.Net using HTML 5, WPF, or any other such technologies which are available.

We have applications which have been developed in Silverlight using WCF service. So is it possible to go with same technology for the above application.

If you ask the answer of this question from me, in simple words I'll say, "The programming language which I understand easily and implement my own ideas(algorithm), that is the best programming platform for me".

Although, nothing is so easy, there is no end of learning the things and overall all the programming languages are somewhere interrelated.

Judge your mind first, which language you can understand easily. And go ahead with that.
