Import CSV into MySql table effectively in PHP

Hi all,

I have a CSV file which I need to import into a MySQL table with around 5000 rows and 25 columns. Is fgetcsv is the most effective or bulk insert?

The table has some other columns too managing separately.

Thanks in advance.
