NAV Web Service Fault Error Message

hi all,

I am working NAV web services,

When I add the web reference

all services are displyed in left pane but in right side Add Reference button and textbox are disabled and below error message is came.

Error:

There was an error downloading 'http://1.1.1.0:1111/NAV/WS/Codeunit/WebService_Lookup'.
The request failed with the error message:

How can I troubleshoot this?
