Executing Application Error - 500 Internal Server Error

I have migrated new server.

After migrating, i am getting below error while running asp.net applications.

500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.
How to solve this problem...?

I am not able to run any ASP.NET application, because of this server.

pls.help ASAP...
