Need to download a file using web browser in current session

Hello All,
I am looking for a solution to download a file using webbrowser. I can't use webClient etc because I should be in webbrowser current session.
With web browser a dialogue box is appear to save the .csv file I want to get that csv in my app to process further.

I look over net but not found any such solution.

Any hint may work for me.

A hint I have but not work for csv file last time it work for json file.

For json files I was also getting save dialog. I run this registry :

 [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\MIME\Database\Content Type\application/json]
"CLSID"="{25336920-03F9-11cf-8FD0-00AA00686F13}"
"Encoding"=hex:08,00,00,00

After this json files was appearing in web browser and I was able to get the text from web browser.

Please have a look the registry if I want the same thing for csv file than what should I change. I write csv at the place but not worked :)
