Concerning the flash form

Greetings,

I recently downloaded your source code for "Upload Form usung Flash and ASP.NET".

Problem is, I am a beginner and I do not know how to implement it.

I am familiar with Flash and nothing else.

I want to integrate it into my swf.

What do I need to upload into the server?
How to I link the uploaded documents to the server?

Sorry I am such a noob.
I would really appreciate your help.
