Webservice Host Client Connection

Hey

I'm trying to create a new Webservice where the Webserver requests Data from a Remote Machine of a Customer to publish Live Data from it.

It should be a easy to Install Application on Customer side so I'd like to get around forwarding Ports and have a fix IP on Customer side.

Is there any Way or Framework or whatever which allows me to build the Connection out of the Service Host side? Any Ideas?
