silverlight already installed

Silverlight already installed is an error which I am facing when I type the http://... address.. on my IE. Silverlight pack and developer exe is already installed in my system. Still cant able to run the application. How to solve this issue.

That is not really a programming question, but try to uninstall it from the control panels Add/Remove hardware function.
