You cannot do such a thing without completely rewriting the boot loader.

It does not make much sense. The operating system must be started before it can start an application.

That is a really simple sounding request but has a very complex answer. It is one that you will be fighting the security system over. Doing this kind of thing is very sensitive on just about any machine.

Really what you are wanting to do is at the basis of any operating system, and it could be argued that you are writing an operating system. The proper answer to this is to take a college level operating system course.
