how to access text box of one user control in anothor user contorl

please help me i have a form with 2 user contorl one of that has 2 textbox named UCEstate and another has also 2 text box Named UCArchive .i want when i type estatecode in text box of UCEstate and press enter then EstateName in UCEstate and ArchiveCode in UCArchive will be load . I wrote code for loading EstateName but I cant do it for archive code because archive code is in other user control and i dont know how to manage it.
