May someone puts a complete project with source in c++ about image-processing?
I am looking for a program that finds objects or tracking them (image recognition) .

Inkspace[^] and GIMP[^] are really cool. They are free and open source. You can download the full source code.

They can't really track objects, but I'm sure you'll find them useful.
