SharePoint Designer Cross Field Validation based on user data selection

I am working on a cross validation where I have field 1 and field 2.
Field 1 has 3 values (A, B, C). If user selects (dropdown or radio button) A, field 2 is required.

How could I define a code validation for SharePoitn Designer? Please help!
