how do i move from 1 record to last after click on next button if there is end then message shoul be display

Look...SqlDataReader class, provides a way of reading a forward-only stream of rows from a SQL Server database. IF it is a requirement to use SqlDataReader, you will need to create your on index, for achieve data control navigation.

Unless this is your homework, i recommend you to change your code design.
